Do not refrigerate it.</li> <li aria-level="1">Apply a little ghee on plastic paper and then make a small ball from the dough and flatten it into a disk-like shape. Add poppy seeds to it and press them gently.</li> <li aria-level="1">Heat enough oil/ghee in a pan and fry the Anarasa without turning on a low flame.</li> <li aria-level="1">Remove Anarasa as soon as it becomes golden brown.</li> </ul> <br> <ul> <li aria-level="1">अनारसा पीठाला पाण्याचा किव्वा दुधाचा हात लावून ते नीट मळून घ्यावे.</li> <li aria-level="1">मळुन झालेले पीठ २ ते ३ तास झाकुन ठेवावे. पीठ फ्रिज मध्ये ठेवू नये.</li> <li aria-level="1">प्लास्टिक पेपरला तुपाचा हात लावुन त्यावर पेढ्या एवढा गोळा थापावा व त्यावर खसखस पसरवून दाबून घ्यावे.</li> <li aria-level="1">कढईत तुप/तेल चांगले तापवुन घ्यावे व गॅस मंद करून न उलटता अनारसे तळुन घ्यावेत.</li> <li aria-level="1">लालसर रंग झाल्यावर ताबडतोब काढावेत.</li> </ul> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> </section> </div>
