Wholesome Farali Thalipeeth with Farali Mix Flour

  • Add finely chopped green chillies, crushed peanuts, and salt for taste to the Farali Mix Flour.
  • If needed, add boiled mashed potatoes. Make a dough of the mixture.
  • Pour some ghee into the pan, now spread a portion of dough on the pan and spread gently with fingertips.
  • Cover with a lid and cook on medium flame till it becomes golden brown.
  • Flip to the other side, and pour some ghee from the side till it becomes golden brown.
  • Your Farali Thalipeeth is ready. You can also make Upma or Pakoda for your fast.

  • भाजणीत चवीपुरते मीठ, दाण्याचा कुट, मिरची व हवा असल्यास उकडलेला बटाटा घालुन भिजवावे.
  • तव्यावर तूप सोडून वरील पिठाचा गोळा तव्यावर थापावा व झाकण ठेवावे. परत उलथवून बाजूने तूप सोडावे.
  • उपवासाचे थालीपीठ तयार. या भाजणीची उपवासाची भजी व उपमा ही बनवता येतो.
