<li aria-level="1">In a deep pan, heat oil for tadka (tempering).</li>
<li aria-level="1">Add mustard seeds, asafoetida, turmeric powder, slit green chillies, mashed garlic cloves, curry leaves and finely chopped onions.</li>
<li aria-level="1">Wait till onions turn translucent, add water and Horse Gram Flour mixture in a 3:1 ratio.</li>
<li aria-level="1">Add salt for taste, two dry kokum and coriander leaves.</li>
<li aria-level="1">Keep stirring to avoid lump formation. You may add some water as per the required thickness.</li>
<li aria-level="1">Cover the pan and reduce the flame to medium. Remove the lid and stir after 5 minutes.</li>
<li aria-level="1">Tasty Pithle is ready. Pithle can be served with Bhakari, Rice or Chapati.</li>

<li aria-level="1">त्यात राई, हिंग, हळद, हिरव्या मिरचीचे तुकडे, लसूण, कडीपत्ता व बारीक चिरलेला कांदा घालावा.</li>
<li aria-level="1">कांदा लालसर झाल्यावर त्यात पाणी व कुळीथ पिठाचे मिश्रण ३:१ प्रमाणात घालावे.</li>
<li aria-level="1">चवीपुरते मीठ, दोन कोकम आणि कोथिंबीर घालून व्यवस्थित ढवळून घ्यावे.</li>
<li>छान उकळी आल्यावर गॅस बंद करावा. चविष्ट पिठले तयार. पिठले भाकरी, भात किंवा चपाती बरोबर खावे.</li>

<li aria-level="1">Fry for some time. When onion pieces become translucent, add water and Horse Gram Flour Ready Mix (3:1 ratio).</li>
<li aria-level="1">Add 2 dry kokum and keep stirring to avoid lump formation. You may add some more water.</li>
<li aria-level="1">Cover with a lid and reduce the flame to medium. Remove the lid and stir after 5 minutes. Pithle is ready.</li>
