<li aria-level="1">Roast 1 cup of Varai Rice till it turns red. Add two cups of water and keep it aside for soaking for about one hour.</li>
<li aria-level="1">Make tadka of pure ghee, cumin seed and chopped green chilli. Then add Varai Rice and roasted coarse peanuts.</li>
<li aria-level="1">Add salt and sugar as per your taste. Cover the pot with a lid and cook on medium flame.</li>
<li aria-level="1">Garnish it with coriander leaves and grated coconut.</li>

<li aria-level="1">Add boiled water and multigrain roasted wada flour in 1:1.5 proportion and add some salt for taste.</li>
<li aria-level="1">Knead the flour with some oil. Cover the dough for about an hour. After that, once again, knead the dough.</li>
<li aria-level="1">Make small Wadas (Puris) on plastic paper with some oil and fry them in oil.</li>
<li aria-level="1">They are best served with Chicken, Mutton and Usal.</li>
