Healthful Ragi Satwa (Without Sugar) Drink Recipe

  • Add a teaspoon of Ragi Satwa to buttermilk and stir it well.
  • In a deep pan, heat pure ghee, and add asafoetida and cumin seeds for tadka.
  • Add the stirred mixture to it. Add salt for taste and keep stirring to remove lumps.

  • नाचणी सत्व ताकामध्ये घालून नीट ढवळावे. तुपामध्ये जिरे आणि हिंग घालून त्याची फोडणी करावी.
  • शिजताना सतत ढवळावे म्हणजे गुठळी होणार नाही. चवी पुरते मीठ घालावे.
