Metkut is a speciality from the brahmin community of Maharashtra. A mixture of Gram Dal, Wheat, Rice, Urad Dal, Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Asafoetida, Turmeric, Red Chilli, Coriander Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds, Nutmeg. Metkut can be relished with curd and rice.
